5. Order Process

6. Right of Withdrawal

• All included parts, fittings, and accessories must be returned where applicable

7. Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the mirror received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned products must be securely packed and returned in their original condition.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Glow & Glass reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges where applicable.

9. Product Quality & Warranty

Please be aware that

10. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery may take approximately 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Because mirrors are fragile products, additional protective packaging may be used during shipment.

Delays may occur because of customs processing, courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

If an order cannot be delivered or is confirmed as lost, Glow & Glass may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
